**BAT MALAYSIA** **IS LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS PERFORMANCE ASSISTANT MANAGER (SUPPLY CHAIN)**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Assistant Manager

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
**Reports to**:Supply Chain Deployment Manager
**Reporting Level**:Individual Contributor
**Geographic Scope**:National

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Accountability in management of several 3PL Business Partner (BP) in services including:

- Manage and Monitor the Operational Performance & Service Level of the BPs on warehousing and last mile distribution activities
- Drive action plans to close gaps in performance
- Manage and monitor FG returns from BPs
- Managing and overseeing the data management, quality, and reporting
- Facilitate management of quality issues with Business Partners, from manufacturing or product Defects due to Source Factories to negligence caused by internal or external Parties
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for increased efficiency & productivity, minimize losses and improvement in Service Levels
- Support and ensure the Business Continuity Plans (BCP) are in place and tested regularly
- Own and accountable to the Secondary Supply Chain Budgeting and Key Liaison with Operations Finance namely on QPR exercise, etc
- Key Liaison with Finance for Cashflow forecasting and Related Party Transactions by providing projected supply plan to Finance. To be able to provide clear explanations on variance with insights to the FG demand variation
- Accountability in FG Inventory Planning & Management:

- Manage and Plan Inventory by SKU from Source Factory to Customer Level in accordance to planned target
- Plan for the deployment of all SKUs to various Customer Level on top of ensuring overall National Inventory Level incl of Central Warehouse remains on target
- Participates in Weekly Customer Facing Meeting with Regional Hub to manage supply plan and its impact to inventories for MY and able to recommend solutions accordingly.
Support and Plans for NPI Projects or Transition plans accordingly
- Facilitate management of quality issues with Business Partners, from manufacturing or product Defects due to Source Factories to negligence caused by internal or external Parties

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistic management, or any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain. Management trainee background will be added advantage.
- Capability to manage 3PL and service provider
- Experience in managing costing and budget
- Data analytical skill, ability to interpret large amount of data
- Experience in Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution will be added advantage
- Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, agile, and independent.
