**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Declarations**: Prepare and submit K1, K2, K3, K4, K8, ZB1, ZB2, ZB3, and ZB4 declarations in accordance with regulations.
- **SIRIM Permit Submission**: Manage SIRIM permit submissions, including the Certificate of Approval (COA).
- **Government Liaison**: Effectively liaise with government authorities such as MIDA, LPK, Customs, and others to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- **Customer & Liner Coordination**: Collaborate with customers and liners to coordinate and manage upcoming shipments.
- **Import/Export Procedures**: Ensure all import and export procedures are followed, maintaining compliance with regulations.
- **HS Code Knowledge**: Utilize knowledge of HS Codes to check and confirm import/export requirements.
- **FTA/CO Duty Rate Check**: Conduct Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and Certificate of Origin (CO) duty rate checks.
- **Sealnet Experience**: Utilize Sealnet for managing and processing shipping documentation.
- **Continuous Learning**: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
