**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Monitor and upkeep of employee personal records to ensure all information are updated and documented accurately.
- Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all levels and update employee handbook.
- Handle staff disciplinary and grievances issues.
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws.
- Perform full salary report.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in General Human Resources Executive.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Knowledgeable in any payroll system with up to date knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations and legislation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
- Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in interact effectively within the organization as well as external parties.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and BM.
- Team player with the ability to organize and plan.
