- Assist member and/or prospects for room's reservation and utilization of their entitlement.
- Attending daily incoming calls from members.
- Assisting members and non-members on CV enquiries/availability.
- Make confirmation and forward the confirmation slip to members.
- Proceed / revert with the reservation confirmation.
- Inform member on the reservation status, whether confirmed or not, especially on pending cases due to payment outstanding, insufficient entitlement or room availability.
- Check on the procedures and quotas of reservation based on every individual reciprocal company.
- Documenting all inquiries and maintaining accurate membership records
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
