  • Reviewing and approving customer withdrawal and deposit claims submitted through touchpoints and various channels
  • Accessing application systems, both web-based and host screens for transaction processing.
  • Exercising vigilance when performing transactions and report any unusual or suspicious transactions immediately to supervisor
  • Ensuring all incoming instructions are processed within defined SLA and accurately.
  • Performing end-of-day reconciliation for all transactions processed by team.
  • Handling communications to and from internal departments.

What you already have...

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in financial institutions operations preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills especially MS Office applications
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
