Membuat panggilan kepada pelanggan untuk membuat penerangkan produk syarikat dengan menggunakan skrip yang disediakan.

Menjaga database pelanggan

Menyusun appointment pelanggan

**Requirements**:
Min Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any specialization.

With Working experience as a Telemarketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales department.

Ability to handle customer’s complaints in a professional manner.

Calm and patient individual.
