**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to support our lead generation and customer outreach efforts. This role involves making outbound calls to potential business clients, promoting our products/services, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team for follow-ups. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive client experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound B2B calls to prospects to introduce and promote company products/services.
- Qualify leads by understanding business needs and determining interest and readiness.
- Set appointments or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Provide basic product/service information and address customer questions during calls.
- Follow up on previous interactions to nurture potential leads and maintain engagement.
- Handle inbound queries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely response.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications in the CRM system.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns by engaging with targeted business clients.
- Report feedback from prospects to help improve outreach and service strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
- Strong verbal communication and customer handling skills in English (multilingual ability is a plus).
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle business conversations professionally.
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Goal-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
