**Training Program Development**
Authorized to create and implement training programs that meet organizational goals and employee needs.
Propose, manage and administer the Learning Management System
**Engagement Activities**
Authority to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
**Performance Evaluation**:
Authorized to collect and analyse feedback on training programs and engagement activities for continuous improvement.

**EXPERIENCE**
Possess 2 years’ (Executive)/ 3-5 years’ (Senior Executive) prior experience in conducting TNA, designing and evaluating training programs, preferably in a corporate organizational setting.
Familiarity with the industry in which the organization operates, understanding specific training needs and
compliance requirements.
Experience with integrating technology into training programs, including e-learning platforms and virtual training methods.
**QUALIFICATION**
Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Training and Development, education or bachelor’s degree (Senior Executive) in or relevant field is preferred.
Professional certifications in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Training (CPT), Certified Train-the Trainer (TTT) or similar, can be advantageous.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,118.74 - RM4,200.00 per month
