Position: Business Development Manager
**SUMMARY**
As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and expansion of the agency's client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. You will work closely with the agency's leadership team to develop and implement strategies that align with the agency's goals and objectives.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Identify and Prospect New Clients:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
- Use various lead generation techniques, including online research, networking, and cold calling, to reach out to potential clients.
- Develop a strong understanding of clients' business needs and challenges.
2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Understand clients' goals and objectives and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as account managers and digital marketing specialists, to develop customized proposals and pitch presentations.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
- Track sales performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize business development efforts.
4. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing industry.
- Monitor competitors' activities and market dynamics to identify potential areas for business growth.
- Leverage industry insights to provide clients with innovative and effective digital marketing solutions.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful execution of client campaigns.
- Work closely with the agency's leadership team to strategize and align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights to help shape the agency's service offerings and refine the sales process.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English. Mandarin and/orCantonese is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
