**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Shipping and Logistics Coordination**:

- Manage the end-to-end shipping processes for domestic appliances, including inbound and outbound shipments
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Handle customs documentation and clearance processes efficiently to minimize delays

**2. Inventory and Order Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure sufficient stock for shipment
- Manage order processing, shipment schedules, and delivery tracking

**3. System and Data Management**:

- Utilize the company's logistics and supply chain system adopted from China to manage shipping operations
- Input, update, and maintain accurate shipping and inventory data in the system

**4. Communication and Vendor Liaison**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for shipping-related inquiries and issues
- Communicate effectively with local and international vendors, ensuring smooth operations and resolution of any logistics challenges

**5. Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all shipping activities comply with international trade regulations, local customs laws, and company policies
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading

**6. Process Improvement**:

- Identify and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the shipping process

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to manage communication and operations using the system adopted from China
- Good command of English and Malay to interact with local stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of shipping processes, customs clearance, and international trade regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
