Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the maritime and commodity trading industry? We are seeking a **Operations Executive** to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling shipping operations, documentation, vessel chartering, and commercial activities while working closely with key stakeholders across the supply chain. **No prior experience required - training will be provided**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations & Documentation**:

- Manage **Letters of Credit** and shipping documents while coordinating shipping activities
- Liaise with **banks, suppliers, customers, and carriers** to ensure smooth transactions
- Provide efficient and reliable support in **vessel chartering (Tankers & Bulk Carriers)**:

- Assist Trading Managers with **sales support**, client relations, and new business opportunities
- Oversee **loading and discharging operations**, ensuring efficiency and minimizing demurrage costs
- Address vessel-related issues and coordinate with relevant parties until resolved

**Commercial**:

- Draft and send **sales contracts** to buyers
- Manage a **fleet of regularly chartered vessels** to facilitate seamless trading operations
- Maintain strong **business relationships** with buyers, sellers, and shipowners
- Develop and expand **commodity trading markets** through strategic initiatives

**Job Requirements**:

- **Degree or diploma** in **Logistics, Marine, or Supply Chain Management** (training provided)
- **No prior experience required**, but experience in **maritime, shipping, chartering, or oil/commodity trading** is a plus

**Skills & Personality**:

- **Meticulous and detail-oriented** with strong organizational skills
- **Proficient in computer skills**, including Microsoft Office
- Strong **communication and relationship management** skills
- Background in **Maritime Studies** is preferred
- Experience in **export trading, bulk tankers, or shipping** is an advantage
