**Job Summary**

Responsible for ensuring a product and service meets established regulatory, brand and company standards of quality, usability and performance required for customer satisfaction and distribution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft and implement quality assurance and procedures.
- Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standard.
- Review the implementation and efficiency of the quality and inspection system.
- Devise procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure compliance of finished product standards.
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
- Investigate internal/external feedback on non-conformant or other issues as assigned by superior.
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in the quality assurance.
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and communicate quality audit reports to top management.
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
- Monitor risk management activities.
- Responsible for document management systems.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
- Carry out any others and ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

- Ability to travel.
- 70% work based at Serenia, Sepang & 30% work based at Mid Valley City, KL.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (HACCP, MESTI, HALAL).
- Holds a degree in Quality Assurance or Food Technology or its equivalent with 2 years of broad-based experience in the food service industry.
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance in the food service industry.
- Knowledge of tools, concept and methodologies of QA

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
