Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Identify, document and track problem logs using tracking tools
  • Collaborate with developers, and business users to clarify requirements and resolve defects
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and best practices
  • Training others team members to follow QA process
  • Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes, tools and methodologies
  • Provide clear documentation of test results and prepare quality metrics/reports

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive experience in software quality assurance and testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems, payment processing, and associated technologies (e.g., EMV, ISO 8583, tokenization, issuing, acquiring)
  • In-depth understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
