Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Handle administrative duties, including filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Maintain detailed records and databases for efficient data management.
- Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices and managing expenses.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare and process reports as required.
- Update staff Annual Leave, MC
- Permit Renewal for foreign workers
- Arrange, record, & distribute uniform for all employee
- Able to key Memo, Agreement and letter
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 06/03/2025
