**About this role**
The work of the administration assistant must be done conscientiously. It’s the very nature of the job. There is a great deal of correspondence to be done in various departments, which requires attention to a lot of detail.
**What will I do?**
- You will be required to work with mínimal supervision in your area of responsibility, and you may be accountable for defined parts the administrative support to the projects and bids in your Group.
- You will be accountable for submitting high quality work that is accurate and meets quality standards;
- You will be responsible for producing routine letters, reports and documents from standard templates;
- You will be organised and efficient when carrying out tasks in order to meet set deadlines.
- You will be working with the Group’s Bidding Teams to coordinate the preparation of Expressions of Interest and Tenders. This includes, but is not limited to; reading through client’s brief; liaising with the other team.
**What will I bring?**
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience with administrative experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Outlook 2007 or similar, word, excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain personal effectiveness particularly during periods of higher than normal workload.
- Excellent attention to detail and have desire to excel.
