Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling the hotel's services, including guest rooms, meeting and event spaces, and other amenities. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate accounts to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
**Client Relationship Management**:Identify and develop relationships with key clients, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service to address client inquiries and concerns.
**Sales Strategy**:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and competitors to stay competitive in pricing and offerings.
Collaborate with the hotel management to set pricing and promotional strategies.
**Prospecting and Sales Calls**:Conduct cold calls and prospect for new clients.
Arrange and conduct site tours for potential clients.
Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
**Sales Collateral and Marketing**:Develop sales materials, such as brochures, presentations, and sales kits.
Work with the marketing department to promote the hotel through various channels, including social media, online travel agencies, and other marketing campaigns.
**Contract Negotiation**:Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring that contracts are mutually beneficial.
Generate contracts and follow up on their execution.
**Event and Group Bookings**:Secure group bookings for conferences, meetings, weddings, and other events.
Coordinate with the events team to ensure successful execution of events.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
