HR Admin Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Payroll administration
- Training and development
- Foreign worker management
- Develop, implement, and periodically review HR policies, SOPs, and the Employee Handbook to ensure alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Liaise with relevant government and statutory bodies (e.g., JTK, PERKESO, EPF) and coordinate responses to audits and inspections related to HR and administrative matters.
- Manage and resolve disciplinary issues and employee grievances in a fair and consistent manner in accordance with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.
**Qualification & Requirements**:
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in managing foreign workforce administration is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to speak and write fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to liaise with a diverse workforce and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
