**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior HR & General Admin to support our HR and administrative functions. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee engagement, office management, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preliminary recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts and orientation materials.
- Handle leave management and employee attendance tracking.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

**General Administration Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized workplace.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Support payroll processing by compiling necessary HR data.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
