- Able to work independently, proactive, highly self-motivated individual, good problem solver.
- Ability to manage difficult situations with tact and diplomacy, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Required language(s), Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
**Responsibility**
- Oversee full HR functions: recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training, safety, and benefits.
- Develop and implement **HR policies, Department KPIs**, procedures, and manpower planning.
- Analyze compensation trends using data tools for salary, pay equity, and talent retention.
- Manage executive compensation packages (salary, bonuses etc.) while meeting governance and shareholder requirements.
- Review and ensure compliance with HR and administrative policies and procedures.
- Advise management on disciplinary issues, grievances, and employee matters as per labor laws.
Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
