JOB TITLE**:COUNTRY IT MANAGER, DATACENTER**

Reports to: CTO

Location: Malaysia Johor Galang Patah

Products: GPU Compute, CPU Compute, Kubernetes, Virtual Servers, Storage, Networking

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee the construction of the company's IT infrastructure, encompassing aspects such as networks, servers, databases, storage, and security in the data center, ensuring system stability and high availability.
- Develop and refine IT operation and management systems, processes, and standards to enhance work efficiency and quality.
- Analyse operational requirements of the business, provide technical support, and offer solutions to ensure the rapid and stable development of business operations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with preference given to those holding **CCIE/CCNP or HCIE/HCNP** certifications.
- Over 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 4 years of team management experience with teams of 20 or more, and experience in cross-regional management is a plus.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, coordinating teams for continuous, fast, and high-quality project deliveries. Rich experience in implementing and maintaining projects involving teams in multiple locations and establishing a nationwide multi-centre operation system.
- Team Management: Excellent team management skills, able to lead and motivate team members, coordinate departmental cooperation, and drive project progress.
- Communication and Coordination: Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, effectively communicating and coordinating with personnel from different departments and levels, demonstrating a strong service-oriented mindset.
