**Position overview**:
Allnex is inviting you to join our dynamic Human Resource team as a HR Generalist This role will be based in our Global Business Services which is located in Petaling Jaya. As a HR Generalist, you will have to provide comprehensive human resources services and support to the Management and employees to ensure a highly productive, motivated, and trained workforce for the company. You will also support HR areas which include recruitment, training and development, employee relations & engagement, performance management, career development, HR audit, disciplinary action, onboarding/offboarding process, personnel administration, welfare, compensation & benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a contact point for employees on HR-related queries and dedicate face time to ensure employee support through interaction/feedback.
- Actively involved in employee engagement and HR communication activities
- Work with global talent acquisition team on local recruitment, and employer branding, and actively participate in campus relations and recruitment activities.
- Manage the onboarding process and conduct induction for new joiners.
- Assist department heads in the assessment of training needs, development of training plan,s and recommend appropriate training or solutions to meet the gaps or needs
- Coordinate training sessions and logistic requirements.
- Responsible for training results evaluation by using different approaches to track training impacts & effectiveness.
- Ensure training records are up to date and in compliance with ISO requirements (electronic & hardcopy)
- Facilitate placement, confirmation, transfer, and promotion activities and conduct exit interviews.
- Conduct & facilitate performance management with line manager, including Probation Evaluation, Annual Appraisal.
- Assist in compensation & benefits benchmarking activities
- Assist in attendance monitoring and disciplinary action where needed.
- Support in internal HR policy drafting, updating, and implementing.
- Prepare relevant HR reports & presentations to the business/managers.
- Work with various stakeholders to identify and participate in internal/external continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage the Administration Department to ensure the Admin services and support are provided accordingly to minimize interruption to the daily business operations.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience.
- Ability to analyze and define problems, gathers information, establish facts and draw conclusions while prioritizing.
- Able to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to execute assigned work effectively, efficiently, and with mínimal supervision.
- Good follow-up on the tasks at hand.
- Good command of local language & English language (written & spoken).
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with good cultural awareness.
- Ability to maintain high ethical & standards.
- Detail oriented.
- Good computer skills.
- Knowledge of labour regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with proven HR Generalist experience, preferably in shared service industry experience.
