- Assist in organizing employee events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Address employee queries and concerns, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
**Performance Management**
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate performance records and assist in identifying training and development needs.
**HR Administration**
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and processing documentation related to employee life cycle changes.
- Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and data analysis for management.
**Compliance & Policy Implementation**
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies. Assist in the dissemination and implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
**Training & Development**
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring alignment with individual development plans and organizational needs.
- Monitor training attendance and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in HR, Business Admin or related discipline.
- **1-3 years of HR / Generalist **experience in any industry.
- Experience with **Full-Cycle Training & Development **while performing other HR tasks.
- Familiarity with HR processes, employment laws & best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS & MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail & the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated discretion & confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
- Good people skills, proactive & positive attitude.
- Good command of English & **Mandarin**.
- Permanent vacancy based in Petaling Jaya.
