Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities focusing on food industries, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic partnerships to drive our company's growth. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform our business strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Identifying new revenue/ industries opportunities
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Monitor and research industry news and developments to stay up-to-date on potential opportunities
- Lead negotiation with potential clients by preparing and delivering pitches and presentations
- Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation/ strategies
- Collaborating with management on sales goals
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required
- Management and use of social media channels/marketing tools
- Full managing of the company’s social media portfolio comprising content marketing
**Requirements and qualifications**
- Degree in marketing or Food science & technology, or a similar field
- Experience in sales or Business Development
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Emboldened by challenges, great networking skills
- Self-motivated to reach out and bring in new business
- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Enthusiastic about building good relationships with people
- Ability to work well in a team environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Perai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
