**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Organize hiring process from advertising, background checks, interviewing, recruiting and hiring new staffs.
- Extending job offers and managing the onboarding process.
- To prepare employment letter and confirmation letter.
- Handle sensitive information in confidential manner.
- Maintaining current HR files and databases, updating, and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and
- similar records.
- Assist in register and updating new/resigned staff in payroll system and statutory website.
- Assist in monitor attendance, leave, and ensuring accurate allowance and OT calculations in payroll system and report.
- To monitor medical expenses for dental/eyes benefit and updating employee record for Micare and PEMC.
- Arranging and preparing recreation/welfare program.
- Assist companies in internal and external audit and GMP documentation.
- Handling employee inquiries, letters and complaints and advising on company policies and procedures.
- Arranging training program based on requirements (include training venue, accommodation etc).
- To be involved in Safety and ERT Team committee member.
- Any ad-hoc job assigned by superior.
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources/Administration or equivalent.
- 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
