Job Responsibilities:

· Assist in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, collecting requirement documents and coordinating on boarding, mainly Direct Labour.

· Support new employee on boarding and provide ID cards, access cards, etc.

· Support attendance tracking, leave recording, and monthly payroll inputs.

· Liaise with cross-department for collecting attendance data.

· Assist in organize training sessions and employee engagement events.

· Ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of office premises.

· Always coordinate with relevant department for further action of improvement in cleanliness and safety.

· Assist in transport arrangement, hostel management if necessary.

· Prepare and update administrative reports, checklists, and logs.

· Assist in organizing company events, celebrations, and welfare activities.

· Ad hock task from superior.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or above in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

· Less than 1 to 2 years of experience in HR or Administrative roles.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of HR procedures and office administration.

· Team player and well organizational skills.

· Experience working in manufacturing industry and knowledge in factory compliance will be priority.

· Mandarin speaking will be added advantage.

· Fresh graduates can be considered.
