**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Growth Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase foot traffic and daily revenue at all outlets.
- Monitor outlet performance metrics (e.g., daily sales, average order value, repeat customer rate).
- Propose and implement high-impact local campaigns and promos tailored to outlet traffic patterns.

**Community & B2B Partnerships**
- Identify and secure collaboration opportunities with nearby businesses, schools, gyms, offices, etc.
- Build and manage corporate partnerships, loyalty programs, and group ordering plans.
- Represent the brand at local events or fairs to increase exposure and engagement.

**Local Marketing & Campaigns**
- Plan and execute outlet-level marketing initiatives (flyers, banners, local ads, influencers).
- Coordinate with marketing team to localize campaigns based on outlet demographics and footfall.
- Optimize outlet visibility on maps, review platforms (Google, Waze, etc.), and community pages.

**Performance Reporting & Analysis**
- Track weekly/monthly outlet sales, customer trends, and campaign performance.
- Provide insights to improve menu offerings, pricing, and service quality.
- Identify and act on high-opportunity areas (e.g., underperforming hours or locations).

**Operational Collaboration**
- Work closely with outlet managers and ground staff to align goals and ensure promo execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain branding, service standards, and collect customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of sales, retail business development, or F&B outlet experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strategic thinker with an ability to take initiative and execute ideas independently.
- Familiar with local area marketing and community engagement tactics.

**Preferred (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience in F&B, café, retail or lifestyle brand industry.
- Existing network of B2B or community contacts (corporate, education, fitness, etc.).
- Comfortable with basic data tools (Excel, POS reports, CRM systems).
