We are a management firm providing general management services in all related fields.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
To assist the Company Secretary in all aspect of secretarial works in compliance with the Companies Act 1965 / 2016.
- To keep and maintain secretarial records and registers.
- To assist in proper and timely filing of clients statutory forms/returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).
- To assist in preparation of resolutions / documents and arrangement for signatures (including follow-up and filing of the same) and minutes of meetings.
- To support in a wide range of company secretary functions and related statutory requirements.
- To assist in any other secretarial matters and enquiries.
- To carry out other administrative work and any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
**QUALIFICATION**:
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related field (added advantage). Fresh grads are also encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate, strong interpersonal skills, willing to learn.
- Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin / Cantonese (added advantage).
