**Job Description Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and programs specific to pitstop operations.
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Design and execute periodic internal audits of outlet operations, including inventory management, sales processes, and store procedures.
- Prepare detailed audit reports identifying gaps, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Track and follow up on audit findings to ensure proper implementation of recommended changes.
- Create educational materials and resources to promote awareness of compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to outlet managers on compliance-related matters.
- Review and update standard operating procedures, guidelines, agreement etc as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of compliance initiatives.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Monitor and assess the performance of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis and industry best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all audit and compliance activities.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on compliance status and risk areas.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Minimum SPM or STPM with proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, Mathematic, History & English Language.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Inventory Management or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) or Internal Auditing would be an advantage.

Work Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in audit, compliance, or quality assurance roles, or a related field.
- Experience in retail or outlet operations.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Essential Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in audit tools and compliance management materials.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Malaysian business regulations and compliance requirements.

Other Needs:

- Must have a valid type D car license.
- This role involves frequent travel to various locations throughout the month, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet operational needs effectively.
- Good level of health and physical fitness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
