Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**_ A. Market & Secure New Sales_**
- Schedule and conduct appointments and presentations, preparing comprehensive proposals and quotations.
- Collaborate with the marketing clerk in the preparation of sales kits.
- Negotiate costing and quotations with the Head of Department.
- Follow up with clients after presentations and site visits.
- Prepare and proofread new agreements/contracts.
- Liaise with the development department during the construction of new structures, production, installation, etc.
**_B. Servicing Existing / Secure Clients_**
- Address client queries, complaints, and breakdowns promptly.
- Collaborate with the development department to resolve complaints/breakdowns.
- Draft formal/informal letters in response to client inquiries/complaints.
- Meet clients' reasonable demands and provide photo proofs (day and night) as needed.
- Follow up on payments and entertain clients when required.
- Fulfill other responsibilities as instructed by the Manager of the Company.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field. Fresh graduates with strong qualifications and good attributes are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Cantonese/Mandarin.
- Knowledge and exposure in the Outdoor Advertising Business is an advantage.
