**Responsibilities**
- Handle end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee records
- Advise SME clients on HR policies and compliance with Malaysian labor laws
- Prepare HR documentation, reports, and statutory submissions
- Support performance management and employee relations matters
**Requirements**:
- Degree in HR/Business or related field
- 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in shared services or client support
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
