_**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Create, read, and interpret technical drawings and schematics: Utilize **AutoCAD** software to produce, review, and understand detailed 2D and 3D designs for architectural
- To support warehouse solutioning and planning for new project, but not limit to - storage designs for optimization, warehouse product flow, space planning, update drawing etc.
- Maintains and reviews programs of facility & property maintenance management (building and structures); work safety; fire safety; calibration & equipment maintenance; environmental; ISO procedures.
- Compilation of all documents related to Facility department including service reports of equipment’s, building and equipment licenses, ISO procedure, BCP, Risk assessment procedure updates and upkeep of documentation control.
- To assist in preparing and reviewing of project cost comparison, project timeline and scheduling for facility projects
- To assist in raising of Purchase requisition for facility works and follow up on the approval of the PO, and checking its details.
- Monitor the expiry of licenses of equipment’s and send timely renewal notices to the concerned in charge for timely action.
- Performs other job-related duties as and when required by superior.
- Responsible for maintenance and operation of commercial/ industrial buildings
- Troubleshoot and respond to systems interruptions and operational issues pertaining to building maintenance
- Conduct regular audits on building, M&E facilities and works. Assist Manager to supervise contractors’ work as well as liaising with consultants and authorities
- Ensure compliance with all building and statutory requirements
**Requirements:
- **
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering / Building Services / Estate Management or related discipline.
- Familiar with fire protection, & authorities’ submission and related to logistics operations.
- Prefer proficient in AutoCAD or drafting software (2D or 3D ).
- Competent writing and communication skills - including the ability to communicate technical information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer knowledge.
- Good in reading building and M&E plans.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and able to handle stressful conditions.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-initiated.
- Able to commit for extended hours when needed to.
