**Restaurant Manager**

Fully Plant-Based Chinese Restaurant
- Participates and assist Country Operations Director to work with chefs and other personnel to plan creative menus & Adhoc promotions
- Assist Operations Director to work with other management personnel to plan advertising and marketing strategies and any special restaurant functions
- Ensure the outlet is run in an efficient manner and proper service is offered at all times
- Manage restaurant environment, handle and schedule regular maintenance and upkeep of restaurant
- Schedule staff roster to ensure good and sufficient allocation of manpower for service
- Ensure balanced allocation of duties and shift to staff, following regulated work hours and rest days
- Handle customer feedback calmly, professionally and efficiently at all times, resolving any disputes and recovering service effectively
- Manage restaurant inventory levels, handling purchasing of necessary items when necessary

Leadership and People Management
- Lead the team ensure the company service standards are upheld
- Plan direct hiring, training, and scheduling of food service personnel
- Lead with service vision and foster service innovation
- Lead team to implement changes and improvements
- Optimise workforce for service excellence
- Conduct orientation and training
- Conduct staff performance assessment during year-end review
- Develop self to maintain professional competence at managerial level

Service Excellence
- Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
- Enhance the customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction
- Promote positive work environment by creating service culture
- Maintain service quality and professional etiquette
- Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with at least 1 year in managerial role
- Familiar with Chinese restaurant menus and operations flow
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and handle high volume of work in fast-paced environment
- Able and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as business dictates
- Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant Management: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
