As the Restaurant Manager at Barra, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering a positive work environment. Your leadership will be key in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare and manage budgets.
- Implement cost control measures without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to attract and retain customers and enhance the restaurant’s visibility.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
- Regularly review menu items and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels.
- Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in fine dining is a plus.
- Preferred 3 years experience in a managerial role.
- We are **non halal restaurant**.
- **Location: Barra Restaurant, Kuala Lumpur**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
