**Job Summary**: As a Junior Executive in CRM Rewards Procurement & Management, you will be instrumental in supporting the procurement processes, ensuring the cost-effective acquisition of rewards products, and contributing to our procurement strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to supplier management, contract negotiation, inventory control, and oversight of rewards products warranty and expiry matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure advantageous terms.
- Process purchasing orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support the management of premium products, including catalog management, quality control, and managing warranties and expirations.
- Oversee warranty issues and expiry dates for premium products to ensure compliance and resolution of any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company procurement needs and handle any procurement challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field, with exposure to premium products management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and any relevant procurement software.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
