Position: Quality Analyst Executive

**Job responsibilities**:

- Performs call monitoring and provides trend data, quality reports, and feedback to the Country Manager.
- **Familiar with VLOOKUP, pivot table and formula.**:

- Reviews and provides trend data, quality reports, and feedback to the Country Manager.
- Uses a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
- Participates in listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
- Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
- Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for agents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Must have SPM certificate.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
- Able to converse and communicate well using Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.

**Package**:

- Basic salary: Experienced - Up to RM3000; Fresh Graduate - Starts at RM2250
- Working location - Vertical Business Suites, Bangsar South.
- Working days : Monday to Friday; 9am to 6pm
- Annual bonus
- Insurance policies are provided for staff working more than 1 year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,250.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
