**Job Function**: Systems Analyst/Consultant - ** Industry**: Logistic - ** Job Description**: - Work with Scrum teams to complete root cause analysis and corrective action plans to ensure higher quality test coverage throughout the development and UAT development life cycles - Posses the ability to work in a fast paced environment that supports production and maintenance level changes with various teams and stakeholders. - Take ownership of the quality, reliability, performance and usability of the software deliverables. - Communicate with project manager and business analysts to understand software requirements to test plan. - Define and design functional & non-functional test cases and test procedures for software deliverables inclusive of UI based and non-UI based (API calls etc) deliverables. - Execute testing and provide feedback in forms of test result, discrepancy with the expectation and usability experience to the team leader and designated engineer. - Continuous improvement and optimization of test automation scripts with objectives to improve the overall software quality, improving efficiency and effectiveness for testing processes - ** Requirement**: - Education Background : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent. - Certification : Preferably those with ISTQB certification or equivalent - Working Experience: - Min 2 years experience in testing automation. - Min 2 years experience in leading a QA team. **Required Skills**: - Familiar with rapid software development and Agile methodology - Strong knowledge in software testing principles. - Core competency in using Selenium, Katalon. - Strong understanding of business requirements and user expectation. - Strong verbal and written communication in English. - Able to communicate in regional or local languages. - Knowledge of CI/CD with any build Azure pipelines would be beneficial Personal Attributes - Initiative and Independent - Intelligent and Enthusiastic - Strong Analytical & Learning Capability - Intellectual Capability - Passionate, proactive, innovative - Good Product Sense - Positive, open minded - ** Other Language**: English - ** Benefit***:Full package please refer to attachment "Benefit & Compensation". Overtime: Replacement leave for OT more than 4hrs approved by Site Manager. For public holiday, the OT rate is 2 x normal hourly rate. Assistant Manager position and above are not entitle for OT claim. Reimbursement shall be done via replacement leave. EPF Allocation: 12% for MYR5k and above. 13% for below MYR5k Mobile Allowance: Manager and above : Max up to MYR150 / month via receipt Senior Position : MYR100 / month Other Position : MYR60 / month Transport Allowance: Manager and above : Max up to MYR150 / month Senior Position : MYR100 / month Other Position : MYR60 / month Additional Note : Only upon confirmation. Medical Claims: Maximum up to MYR80 per receipt and MYR700 per year. Staff Insurance: Covered Yearly Spectacle / Dental Allowance: MYR400 Annual Leave: 14 days per annum. Add in 1 day for every 2 years till maximum 24 days per annum.
