**Lead Generation Specialist (Fluent in Korean, AI Research knowledge, Remote, high commission)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads in the IT and engineering sectors.
- Utilize AI tools to analyze data and generate insights for targeted lead generation.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations based on research findings.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach.
- Maintain and update the lead database to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Familiarity with AI tools and software for proposal generation and market analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
