**The Role**
**Lead Generation Specialist (Hybrid/WFH)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
Research and Identify Leads:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads within our target market.
- Utilize various online platforms, databases, and social media to identify and track potential customers.
Lead Generation:
- Create and execute effective lead generation strategies to expand the customer base.
Qualification and Nurturing:
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interest in our products/services.
- Familiar in using Zoho (CRM) to track interactions and schedule follow-up activities.
- Nurture and build relationships with leads over time, providing information and answering their questions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze lead generation and conversion data to evaluate the effectiveness of various lead generation strategies.
- Create regular reports to update the team on lead generation progress and metrics.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Hand off qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement and closing deals.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and information.
**Must Have**
- Proven experience in lead generation (B2B) or a related role.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of our industry/niche is a plus.
