**Job Description: Facebook Ads Lead Generation Specialist (Marketing Executive)**

**Location**: Malaysia (Remote Work)
**Salary**: RM5,500/month starting pay
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns** to drive high-quality lead generation and meet client objectives.
- Act as a **client-facing specialist**, communicating directly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop creative and effective ad copy, visuals, and strategies to maximize campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve lead quality and ROI.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on campaign goals and strategies.
- Stay updated on Facebook Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and deliver them to clients in a professional manner.
- **Occasional travel to Singapore** for client meetings and team collaborations (travel expenses covered).

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Facebook Ads lead generation (MANDATORY)**.
- Strong track record of running successful campaigns and generating high-quality leads.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, retargeting, and performance analytics.
- Analytical and results-oriented mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns independently.
- Flexibility to travel to Singapore when required.
