**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Identify and engage potential clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations, to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized rental solutions.

**c. Partnership Development**
- Establish partnerships with hotels, airlines, travel agencies, and other relevant businesses to promote cross-promotional opportunities and increase referrals.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing collaborations to maximize mutual benefits.

**d. Fleet Management**

**e. Pricing and Revenue Management**

**f. Marketing and Promotions**
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract customers.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising, to reach target audiences.

**g. Customer Service and Satisfaction**
- Implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively to maintain positive customer relationships.

**h. Performance Monitor and Reporting**
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, customer acquisition, and fleet utilization, to track progress towards business development goals.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on business development activities and outcomes.

**i. Compliance and Risk Management**
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing the car rental industry, including licensing, insurance, and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to business operations, customer service, and fleet management.

**j. Team Leadership and Development**
- Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve business development targets and deliver exceptional service. - Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and performance.

**k. Continuous Improvement**
- Continuously assess business development strategies and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation. - Implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

**l. Networking and Industry Engagement**
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and establish professional relationships. - Represent the company in industry associations and forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- At least have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess an experience in customer service and sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of customer for travel, airlines and company’s product.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
