**Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Posting job ads, screening resumes, arranging interviews
- Preparing offer letters, employment contracts, onboarding kits

**Employee Records Management**
- Maintaining updated employee files (physical/digital)
- Managing attendance, leave, and payroll records

**HR Policies & Compliance**
- Implementing and updating HR policies
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

**Performance & Training**
- Coordinating staff training and development programs
- Assisting with performance reviews and appraisals

**Attendance & Timesheet Management**
- Track staff clock-ins/outs, leave records, overtime, and sick days.
- Coordinate with supervisors for approval of leave/overtime.

**Salary Calculation**
- Calculate gross salary, deductions (EPF/SOCSO/Tax/Loan), and net pay.
- Include bonuses, commissions, claims, and allowances.

**Payslip Preparation**
- Generate and distribute payslips—either hardcopy or through payroll software.

**Statutory Contributions**
- Ensure monthly submission/payment for:

- EPF (Employees Provident Fund)
- SOCSO (Social Security)
- PCB (Monthly Tax Deduction in Malaysia, or similar in other countries)
- EIS (Employment Insurance System)

**Payroll Reporting**
- Maintain payroll summary reports for management and auditing purposes.

**Office Management**
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Order office supplies, manage equipment maintenance, and coordinate with vendors

**Strategically Plan and Manage Logistics and Maintenance**
- Organize and monitor the storage and distribution of goods
- Ensure optimal use of resources (drivers, vehicles, storage) to achieve cost efficiency

**Resolve Problems or Complaints Regarding Drivers**
- Act as a liaison between drivers and management
- Address delays, accidents, or customer complaints swiftly and professionally

**Supervise, Coach, and Train Drivers and Workers**
- Ensure proper work discipline and performance standards
- Conduct regular training and safety briefings for drivers and operational staff

**Maintain, Monitor, and Arrange for Renewal of Vehicle Documentation**
- Keep records of and renew road tax, GVP permits, insurance, and PUSPAKOM inspections
- Track vehicle service and maintenance schedules

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
