**Customer Service Executive** is responsible for managing end-to-end import logistics, including shipment coordination, customs compliance, and documentation. Ensures cost control, timely delivery, and smooth communication between suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and provide accurate, competitive quotations to customers.
- Track leads and manage CRM data, ensuring all client interactions are properly recorded.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or calls between clients, prospects, and the sales team.
- Liaise with internal teams (Customer Service, Import & Export Operations) to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.
- Manage booking requests, prepare required shipping documents, and monitor shipment statuses.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate contact details and transaction records.
- Provide after-sales support by following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

**Skills / Qualification**:

- At least 1-year of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support in Freight Forwarding or Shipping Industry
- Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent English skills in both written and oral
- Knowledge in using MS Words, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries
- Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Positibe attitude towards difficult situation

**Working Location**:
Lot 8, Jalan Sungai Kayu Ara 32/38, Section 32,Berjaya Industrial Park, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor

**Working Hours**:
08.30am
- 18.00pm (Mon-Fri)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
