**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand technical requirements for open positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, networking, and industry events, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to better align recruitment strategies with market demands.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on technical and IT positions.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with technical professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Certifications in recruitment or related fields are a plus.
