A. **Position Overview**

As the Quality Analyst, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned project, overseeing monitoring of customer service interactions, ensuring data accuracy, SOP compliance, and process adherence within the customer service team. You will be the main liaison between the organization and clients for all Quality Assurance matters. Your role will include developing improvement plans, conducting coaching and calibration sessions, and generating detailed reports to enhance agent performance and overall service quality.

**B. Key Responsibilities**

**1. Project Oversight**:

- Serve as the SME for the assigned project, managing all aspects of monitoring, ensuring data accuracy, and upholding SOP and process compliance within the customer service team

**2. Client Liaison and Improvement**:

- Act as the primary contact between the organization and clients for Quality Assurance issues. Develop and propose actionable improvement plans based on monitoring results and performance assessments.

**3. Collaboration and Calibration**:

- Facilitate and participate in collaborative sessions with team members to discuss performance metrics, address challenges, and share best practices.
- Attend and contribute to calibration meetings to ensure alignment on quality standards and evaluation criteria across the team.

**4. Reporting and Coaching**
- Generate detailed reports on quality assurance results, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Conduct coaching sessions to provide constructive feedback and support to customer service agents, aiming to enhance their performance and skills.

**5. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities**:

- Perform any other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of company processes.

**C. Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Possess at least Diploma and above, in any field. SPM graduates may be considered if they have relevant working experience.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision, multitask, and adhere to tight timelines and schedules
- Results-driven with strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication and interpersonal skills

**D. Working Location**
- Based at Sunway Visio Tower, Lingkaran SV, Sunway Velocity, 55100 Kuala Lumpur

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
