HR & Admin Executive

**Requirements**
- At least 3 years related working experience in related field
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
- Understanding of labor law and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Able to commute to Rawang.
**Responsibility**
- Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
- Handle employee requests, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, attract, retain and develop a high performing team.
- Responsible for calculating employees' wages, bonuses and other benefits to ensure they are paid on time and accurately. This includes calculating overtime, time off, taxes and any other deductions
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including facility management, safety, and office supply management.
- Manage office budgets and expenses.
- Manage contracts and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease.
- Prepare and maintain company documents such as employee handbook, legal compliance, and policy documents.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Implement and administer employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits.
