**Job Summary: -**

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team and drive our HR strategy. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, developing HR policies, and ensuring our organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

**Job Scope: -**
- **Strategic HR Planning**: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- **Employee Relations**: Foster a positive work environment, handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- **Performance Management**: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- **Training & Development**: Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- **Compensation & Benefits**: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- H**R Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and maintain up-to-date HR records.
- **Culture & Engagement**: Promote and maintain a strong company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- **Leadership & Support**:Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- **Payroll Processing**: Ensure the accuracy of payroll data, e.g. overtime payment, etc.

**Job Requirements: -**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR role, with a proven track record in strategic HR management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws (Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HR software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
