  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions for approximately 60 employees.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, including salary, overtime, and sales commission calculation.
  • Ensure accuracy in statutory deductions and submissions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
  • Maintain and update employee records in Master Accounting Software (familiarity required).
  • Prepare and issue employment agreements, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and monthly leave reports.
  • Assist in recruitment activities – job posting, screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Support management in staff discipline, performance tracking, and other HR administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in HR, preferably in automotive or related industry.

Familiar with Master Accounting Software and statutory HR processes.

Good understanding of payroll, PCB, and statutory contributions.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
