Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities : Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Attending conferences and industry events Arrange business meeting with existing and potential clients Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients Perform site investigation, overall process for the collection of information, appraisal of data, assessment, and reporting about the ground conditions of a potential site Responsible to conduct detailed and thorough research and analysis on new potential land/project including feasibility studies to propose development model for the Company. This shall include a wide breadth of coverage such as revenue (with detailed breakdown) and cost (with detailed analysis), bearing in mind the Company’s focus on landed affordable township projects Perform presentation slides and market research for focus area Involved in interim project planning scope including concept and design Liaison with government agency/ government liaison department for new acquired land/project Handle sales & purchase agreement and contract
