Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. - Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions to meet their requirements. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. - Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets. - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. - Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales or business development roles. - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Self-motivated and target-oriented. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. - Malaysian citizenship or valid work permit.
