We are looking for a competitive **Loan Agent** to generate new business by contacting potential customers. You will sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate loan products that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolio. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase our firm’s reputation. This is purely a sales based job, which means you will be able to work from home or anywhere else that you choose from. As mentioned it is a method for you to gain passive income. Your role will be mainly promoting personal loan via Koperasi, Yayasan or Banks that we have collaborated with. Keep in mind our products are only applicable to government employees across Malaysia Your focus can be promoting through friends, families or leads you have generated. We highly recommend promoting the product to school teachers, hospitals and Bomba. **These personal loans could be for any reason**: - Emergency Funds - Education - Vehicle eg: Motorcycle - Business - Debt Consolidation - Renovation - House Down Payment **Responsibilities**: - Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of loan products to contacts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones - Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc - Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose financing plans that meet their criteria - Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles via debt consolidation - Report the progress of monthly initiatives to stakeholders - Maintain database and records - Monitor personal loan submission to ensure mutual satisfaction - Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives - Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services - Complete loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations. - Respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loan-related issues. **"Kredit Rakyat is focused on ensuring that all our customers are treated beyond expectations."** **Job Type**: Freelance **Salary**: RM25.00 - RM7,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development - Work from home Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Early shift - Evening shift - Night shift - Weekend jobs Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Loan Product: 1 year (required) Willingness to travel: - 75% (required)
